This was a murder mystery/detective novel with a twist. Jack Spratt, a detective in the Nursery Crimes division, gets a call about Humpty Dumpty. It seems like the egg has fallen to his death. But upon investigation Inspector Spratt has his doubts. Spratt, along with his partner Mary Mary, are set on finding out who would want Humpty dead.

Finished this a couple months ago (I'm so behind), and I know this has a huge following, but I just didn't like it much. The parts with action are cool but i felt like there was way too much talking. I don't think I'm going to continue on with this series.

Is anyone else's polyvore being weird? Like if you hover over an item another item gets like...chopped into pieces? It doesn't affect the finished set, just when you're creating one.

I'm not really feeling this set...it's kinda hard to make a set based on how this book made me feel. Anywho fantastic book. A little tough for me to read cuz the narrator is a 5 yr old boy and his speech is not the greatest (but he's 5 so...yea). I dunno how much I can say without giving away the whole book... The book is told from Jack's perspective so basically the reader is learning the back story along with him. Pretty much the boy's mom was kidnapped by an older man and forced to live in a tiny shed. She gives birth to Jack, the boy narrator, while there. This book was so suspenseful. I had a hard time putting it down.

This book is basically a series of anecdotes from Olivia Munn. I thought it would be a little more autobiographical. I mean it is but it's told in short essays throughout the book. They're not in order though..it's like when everyone has been drinking and then they start sharing hilarious back stories. The stories are mostly hilarious, though the one about her grandmother is heartbreaking. I wish some chapters weren't so...um....for the guys? I guess...Like there's one about dating but you can tell it's directed to guys. It's a fun, quick read though.

Picked up this book fairly recently and finally got around to it. In the near future the US government has found a cure for the disease "amor deleria nervosa," or love. The main character is a girl name Lena and the book follows her as she discovers that what she had believed was for her safety is all a lie. I liked the book, but i thought it moved a little slow for me. I also thought it could go more into detail about why the govt is doing what it's doing and if the same thing is happening around the world.
